INVEXOR LABS PRIVATE LIMITED is a software company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It was incorporated on 28 April 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013, and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, with Corporate Identification Number U62011TS2026PTC215348. The company was founded by Bharath Komaravolu.

Most investors do not lose money for lack of information. They lose it when a thesis is abandoned under pressure, a position is sized wrong, or a purchase has nothing to do with the goal they set. Invexor Alpha is built to close that gap.

It starts with a written investment policy statement: the investor’s goal, time horizon, the largest fall they can accept, cash and income needs, and what is off-limits. Every portfolio Invexor Alpha builds is tested against that policy, and holdings an investor imports are reviewed against it. The final call stays with the investor.

Invexor Alpha runs on a multi-agent architecture. In a portfolio it builds, the weights come from a numerical optimiser, and the risk metrics and simulation results are computed by code, not written by a language model. That portfolio is marked approved only if it passes coded checks, including checks against the policy, and an audit by a separate reviewing agent.

Invexor Alpha is read-only. It does not place, change or cancel orders, and it does not hold custody of funds or securities. Any trade is placed by the investor, through their own broker.

Bharath Komaravolu is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Invexor Labs. He holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and has ten years of experience across wealth, risk and valuation, including senior analyst roles in equities valuation control at J.P. Morgan and credit risk reporting at Standard Chartered.
